Thea Brown-Allen is responsible for ensuring that all the firm’s clients receive a level of service that exceeds their expectations.  In addition to working directly with several of our largest clients, she trains and mentors junior associates on operational client service procedures.  Thea works with clients to help them understand and manage their financial resources.  She reviews their cash needs and collateral requirements for lines of credit, monitors their portfolio gains and losses for tax purposes, implements portfolio changes based on their estate planning and tax requirements. Not only does she work closely with the firm’s advisors, she works with clients’ accountants, estate planning attorneys, bill-paying services and other financial service professionals to provide the full range of family office services.
