M. Randall Strickland

Director

    Randy is a Director at Pathstone. Previously he served as Director, Investment Advisor, at Cornerstone Capital Group (acquired by Pathstone in 2021). In that role, he supported the firm’s clients in the areas of investment policy planning, including the integration of environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) criteria and impact considerations into portfolio recommendations, and manager selection.

    Prior to joining Cornerstone, Randy was a Sustainable Investment Specialist at Sentinel Investments, where he was a member of the firm’s sustainable investment team. Randy’s experience also includes senior positions at City National Bank of New Jersey (now Industrial Bank), ImpactAssets, Principal Global Investors, Schroders, and Commonfund.

    Randy is a Board Member of Net Impact and the HBCU Green Fund, an Advisory Committee Member at Seton Hall Prep School, and the Board Chair of the Global Leadership and Achievement Foundation of Kappa Alpha Psi, Jersey City (NJ) Alumni Chapter. Randy also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Sustainable MBA program at Bard College and at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, teaching Sustainable Finance and Impact Investing. He is a member of the Impact & Sustainable Finance Faculty Consortium. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Arts degree from New York University.
