Joseph Balducci is a Managing Director and shareholder at the firm. Joseph has been a part of the Pathstone team for over 13 years. He leads the Capital Markets group and is responsible for managing custodial relationships, client custodial transitions, securities trading, asset movement, and account maintenance. Joseph has over 25 years of experience in investment, insurance, tax, retirement, and estate planning.
Previously, Joseph spent the first 12 years of his career with Eastern Planning, Inc. He started as a Client Service Associate and left as Vice President and Service Manager. During this time, Joseph oversaw all of the day to day requirements for the clients and was responsible for all communication with the Broker/Dealer and custodian. Additionally, Joseph led the efforts in transitioning the firm between Broker/Dealers on two separate occasions.
Joseph’s experience and expertise in firm transition has furthered his career with Pathstone and has given the organization a dedicated partner who carries the skills and knowledge necessary to lead the Capital Markets group.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY. Joseph also holds the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™) designation.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. (CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design), and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
