Dave Freudenberg

Dave is a shareholder of the firm and a Director of Private Markets. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day due diligence and selection of real estate strategies and investment managers for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Dave spent over 20 years in wealth management at Cornerstone Advisors with $4 billion of assets under management. Most recently, he was Managing Director. In this role, he managed private real estate investments for the firm’s clients and served on various investment committees, including fixed income strategies and asset allocation. Previously Dave worked in commercial real estate appraisal as a research analyst.
Dave earned a Master of Science in finance from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He also holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation from the CAIA Association.
Dave and his family enjoy living in the Northwest. You can find him with his wife and sons outside on the trails, running, biking, or skiing. He also is a big fan of college football and youth baseball.
