Dave is a Managing Director and shareholder of Pathstone, and a member of the firm’s Chief Investment Office. He serves both Client Advisory and Investment Research functions for Pathstone, leveraging his 30+ years of experience in investment analysis and portfolio construction.
Prior to joining Pathstone, Dave served as Chief Investment Officer for Veritable, LP and was a member of the firm’s Executive and Operating Committees. As chair of the firm’s investment committee, he sat at the intersection of the firm’s portfolio advisory, research, and operations teams to coordinate investment activities for the firm’s 220 clients and $17+ billion in assets. He also had direct portfolio management responsibilities for several clients.
Dave graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Management and Technology Program, with a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School, and a BAS with a concentration in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He and his wife live in West Chester, PA, and have two adult daughters.
