Janet Brantley is a shareholder, Executive Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee at Pathstone (Atlanta). She has over 24 years of experience in taxation and wealth planning for high net worth individuals and family enterprises. At Pathstone, she leads the team that coordinates the implementation of wealth management strategies designed to achieve family goals. Her team manages day-to-day family office activities across all service lines including tax, estate and trust, philanthropy, insurance, investments, accounting and administration.
Prior to the founding of Pathstone in 2010, Janet served as a Senior Principal at Harris myCFO for six years; as a Senior Tax Manager at Williams Benator & Libby and; a Tax Manager at Glaw & Company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree in Tax from Auburn University. Janet is very involved with her alma mater including being a former member of the National Board of Directors of the Auburn Alumni Association. Currently a Treasurer and Director of the Atlanta Auburn Club and Roy B. Sewell Memorial Scholarship Fund, Janet is also a member of the School of Accountancy Advisory Council and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Legacy Advisors. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist with a Series 65 registered investment advisor license and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs.
