Ronda Vitrano is a Managing Director and shareholder at Pathstone. She enables the firm to develop and preserve its organizational culture through the power of talent management. Ronda executes an integrated talent management strategy and delivers a bespoke candidate and employee experience. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Ronda joins Pathstone from Crestone Capital. For over a decade, Ronda expertly led Crestone’s culture and commitment to transparency, accountability, and cultivated relationships. During her time with Crestone, the firm received numerous culture commendations from Outside Magazine and Colorado Biz Magazine. Prior to Crestone, Ronda was a managing partner at S3 Talent Management, a consulting firm, focused on integrated talent management.

Ronda received her Bachelor of Science in human resources management from the University of Illinois. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
