Steven Filipe
Associate Director
Steven is an Associate Director in Pathstone’s Philadelphia metro area office. He manages the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of applications designed to improve operational efficiency for executive management and all functional areas. His project management tasks include PMO development and management, vendor management, overall project coordination, status reporting to executive management, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and resource staffing on multiple simultaneous projects. As a Certified Scrum Master, works on agile projects including conducting daily team project status meetings. Steven previously held this position at Veritable, LP, acquired by Pathstone in 2023.
Before joining Veritable, Steven was the Director of Client Servies for The Sycamore Group, where he was responsible for IT project delivery including allocating project management, technical, business analysis and quality assurance resources for onshore and offshore projects.
Steven earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
